Terms and Conditions
Mr. Website Designer LLC starts work on a project upon receipt of a down payment. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the client is charged the remaining balance upon completion of the project. Websites are made live upon completion of the project, once all payments are cleared. Where applicable, hosting and domain registration fees are billed on a recurring basis.
Additional services are billed on a fee-for-service or hourly basis and added to the client's invoice as incurred.
Delays in project completion may occur when:
- There is a delay in any payment
- The client requests further changes to design, structure, or content
- The client purchases an additional service related to the project
- There is a delay in receiving materials from the client
Time frame estimates are approximate and subject to change at Mr. Website Designer LLC's discretion. At any time, Mr. Website Designer LLC may place a project on hold at its discretion.
We work until clients are satisfied with their solution within the scope of the original agreement. Mr. Website Designer LLC is not responsible for satisfying requests or expectations outside that agreed scope; if additional work is judged necessary beyond the original agreement, it is billed separately.
Services or elements of a project that have been approved by the client are considered delivered to the client's satisfaction. Further work on approved elements is invoiced separately.
Unless otherwise specified, project status is set to completed after a 3-month period from the first payment date, after which no further work is performed under that project. This does not apply to hosting and domain registration, which continue independently based on the client's ongoing payments.
If a client is not satisfied with our services, we will review the engagement and, where appropriate, issue a refund on unused funds.
About credit card data processing
For security, Mr. Website Designer LLC maintains appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards for information collected online and offline, and uses reputable third-party providers to manage credit card processing and payment gateway encryption. Those providers may charge per-transaction or monthly fees, which are the client's responsibility.
